No pressure to perform
You do not need to tell everything, explain perfectly, or relive painful experiences. We work with what is present and stay attentive to your limits.
Individual sessions in Tallinn and online
I work with adults who recognise trauma-related patterns in their lives: stress, shutdown, CPTSD experiences, burnout, numbness, relational loops, or the sense of being far away from their own needs.

About the work
Trauma often shows itself in ordinary life: in tension, avoidance, pleasing, collapse, anger, overthinking, mistrust, or the feeling that you cannot fully arrive in your own body. Some people come with a clear trauma history or identify with CPTSD. Others simply know that old patterns still shape present choices.
Sessions combine direct conversation, body awareness, pacing, and practical reflection. We look at what happens now, how protective responses make sense, and what becomes possible when there is more choice. The aim is not to force a breakthrough. It is to build enough steadiness to meet yourself more honestly.
Sessions
Sessions are individual, 90 minutes, and available in Tallinn or online. The first exchange is practical: what brings you here, what you need, and whether this kind of coaching is a good fit.
Send a few lines about what is happening now and whether you prefer Tallinn or online.
We clarify practical details, boundaries, and what support can realistically look like.
We move at a pace that respects your limits while staying connected to what matters.

How sessions feel
You do not need to tell everything, explain perfectly, or relive painful experiences. We work with what is present and stay attentive to your limits.
Thoughts matter, and so do sensations, breath, posture, impulses, and numbness. The body often carries information before words are available.
Survival strategies are not failures. They usually began as intelligent protection. Understanding them can open space for different responses.

About Andreas
“My own experience with trauma shaped the seriousness and care with which I approach this work.”
I am Andreas Näf. My work is shaped by lived experience, study, and a strong respect for the intelligence of the nervous system. I do not present myself as a licensed psychotherapist, doctor, or diagnostician. I offer coaching for people who want to understand themselves with more honesty, less shame, and more contact with what is real.
I value clear language, consent, boundaries, and a pace that does not override the person in front of me. Trauma work asks for patience. It also asks for a relationship to truth that is kind without becoming vague.
Important boundary
This work is personal development support. It is not psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis, emergency support, or a substitute for licensed mental health treatment. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis service.
